The BXA Sensible Heat Exchanger is produced through the mutual superposition and adhesive bonding between the orthogonal air passages corrugates with the aluminium-foil of seawater corrosion resistant.

Fresh air and exhaust’s passages are 90-degree vertical cross flow structure. The airflow is concise, smooth, dustproof, and low level of air resistance.

The air passages use flame-retardant PVC material that has ageing resistance, anti-mold and anti-bacterial etc. And the corrugating gap is 8-12mm, which can greatly improve the effect on the heat conduct area.    

The thickness of the aluminium-foil of seawater corrosion resistant is only 0.1mm; it uses normal aluminium-foil processed by coating special materials. The product has high efficiency of heat transfer, tear resistance, ageing resistance, anti-mold and anti-bacterial etc.

The BXB Sensible heat exchanger used hydrophilic aluminium foil or Epoxy resin aluminium foil that adopts seawater corrosion resistant, and stainless steel foil could use in some special occasions. For example, medical treatment, food heat exchange, high corrosion resistance area.

The material can ensure high-efficiency of heat exchange and long service life.

The heat transfer surface of the BXB used heat-transfer stamping process, it can increase the heat transfer area approximately 10-12%.

Product selection

Product selecting should choose as far as possible in the economic (ECO) operation of wind speed range (1.5m/s-3.5m/s), as the result, it can get better economic operation effect.
