The market demand of CB has been rising rapidly in China since last year, feed producers and end users began to recognize the outstanding features or in other words natural advantages of the CB can provide more benefits and efficiency which other bacteria can’t. It plays as a gate keeper at the final line, helping the intestine to digest the last bit of nutrients from feed before leaving the body as feces, increasing feed efficiency. Second, CB is in spore form which gives it high resistance to high temperature, acids,alkalis, radiation and chemicals. This spore form feature allows CB to survive extreme acid conditions in the stomach and bile salts in the intestines, as well as high temperature during feed production, transportation and storage, gives CB longer shelf/feed life over 18 months and it can be applied along with some antibiotics to treat bacterial infections.
