Henan Tiga offers a variety of hot dip galvanized steel strip, sheet and coil.

processing
Galvanized steel coil is proceeding by the chemistry degrease and electroanalysis with the cold rolled steel coil and sheet, clean the oils on the surface of steel, sufficiently heated to the proper temperature for zinc coating, pass by level up, strain rectify, and then passivation or annoit etc.

advantages
Hot dipped zinc on the surface of cold rolled steel sheet improves anti-erode and prolong the usage period of steel coil. The galvanized steel coil looks more beautiful and artier.

applications
Hot dip galvanized steel coil is widely used in light industry, household electric appliance, automobile, construction and main material of prepainted steel coil.

packing details
All products have standard seaworthy export packing. From inside to outside, there are anti-rust cloth, plastic film, stainless steel guard board, strapping and lock catch.
