1. The product is made of 100% polytetrafluoroethylene resin material with high quality temperature resistance (-196 ~ 260ºC), corrosion resistance, hydrolysis, oxidation resistance and other properties.
 
2. In the process of using this product, please do not use open fire to burn in order to avoid the generation of harmful gas to human body.
 
3. According to the requirements of the standards of China industrial textile industry association (T/ cnta05101-2018) and international practices, the products of our company use "dtex" (cent) as the main measurement unit of linear density. Dtex refers to the mass of a certain unit length (G/L).Another unit of linear density commonly used in the industry, "den" (Daniel), refers to the mass of 9000 meters in length, so the relationship between the two is: 1den = 0.9dtex.
 
4. The single strand of this product is manufactured by extruding process, with circular diameter, uniform and full trace, small shrinkage, stable elongation and large continuous length (the maximum weight specification of 1350dtex conventional line is 1000g/spool and continuous length is 7500m), which is suitable for high-speed sewing machines.In addition, in order to enhance the fastness of stitching, our company is also equipped with 1650dtex (1500D), 2000dtex (1800D), 2650dtex (2400d) for bag top, bag bottom and other special specifications.
 
5. In order to ensure the fastness of sewing, this product is made of "this long filament" without any bonding and stitching methods. The length of sewing thread is artificially increased to ensure the safety of sewing thread and the safety of filter bag.
 
6. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) has a very strong self-moistening property and a very low friction coefficient. If there is needle jumping during sewing, appropriate silicone oil can be coated on the sewing line.
 
7. Due to the particularity of the manufacturing process and the difference in relative density (quality) at both ends of the line, the line density (fineness) and strength of the product are within 10% of each other.
 
8. PTFE is a non-petrochemical product, which is manufactured as non-renewable mineral resources with high value. Please pay attention to the economical use;The product waste is not degradable and will cause environmental pollution if discarded at will. Please collect and recycle it by a professional company. Do not mix it with ordinary garbage and burn it.
