Active ingredients: enoxaparin sodium.

Description: white cake.

Dosage Form: lyophilized powder for injection.

Indications:

1. Prophylaxis of venous thromboembolic diseases (the generation of venous thrombosis), specially orthopedic or general surgery-related thrombosis;

2. For acute deep vein thrombosis, with or without pulmonary embolism and when symptoms are not obvious. Exclude pulmonary embolism which requires surgery and thrombolytic therapy;

3. Treatment of unstable Angina and Non-Q-Wave Myocardial infarction, when concurrently administered with aspirin;

4. Hemodialysis in vitro circulation, to prevent thrombosis.

Strength: 4000AxaIU

Storage: Keep airtight in a cool place.

Packaging: 2 vials/box (Can be customized based on customer's order.)

Shelf Life: 18 months.

Dosage and Administration:

Administrated by deep subcutaneous injection when used as prophylaxis of venous thromboembolic diseases, for treatment of deep vein thrombosis, treatment of unstable angina and non-Q wave myocardial infarction; Administrated by intravascular injection when used for Hemodialysis.

Enoxaparin Sodium Injection is for adults and must not be administered by intramuscular injection. Take 1 vial by adding 0.4ml of saline or ** for injection, prepare injection containing 10000AxaIU, equivalent to 100mg enoxaparin sodium. 1 mg (0.01 ml) of enoxaparin sodium is approximately equal to 100 AxaIU.
