Armored heating cables (also known as mineral insulated heating cables, MI heating cables) are industrial heating devices composed of a metal sheath, inorganic insulation layer, and heating wire. Core Structure
Metal Sheath: Seamless stainless steel or copper tube, providing mechanical protection and high-temperature resistance (maximum operating temperature up to 600°C).
Inorganic Insulation Layer: Made of magnesium oxide or aluminum oxide, ensuring insulation between the heating wire and the sheath.
Heating Wire: Single or multiple wires, compacted and fixed through molding.
