The Water Purifier Whole Machine Water Efficiency Performance Testing Station is a professional device specifically designed to evaluate the water efficiency indicators of water purifiers. Its core function is to verify the water production efficiency and water-saving capability of water purifiers during operation, ensuring compliance with national water efficiency standards. It serves as a critical equipment for the research, development, production quality inspection, and certification of water purifiers. Aligned with GB34914-2021, the system is primarily used to assess the comprehensive performance and water efficiency testing of water purifiers under various operating conditions.

The main body of the equipment consists of a 10-station whole machine testing platform, a constant temperature and pressure water supply system, and a central control cabinet. It can simultaneously test up to 3 water purifiers, enhancing production line testing efficiency. The testing platform ensures the separation of water and electricity, guaranteeing operational safety. Utilizing PLC control and a 17-inch touchscreen computer, it enables real-time monitoring and control of key parameters such as water supply pressure, output pressure, water supply temperature, output flow rate, and stall pressure, ensuring precise testing.

Additionally, the equipment features automatic collection, processing, and storage of test data. It can automatically establish a database, supporting real-time display of test results such as the number of tests and test pressure. Users can export data via USB for subsequent analysis and record-keeping, providing reliable data support for quality control and compliance certification of water purifiers.
