Water Purifier Whole Machine Life Test Bench GB4706

The water purifier whole machine life test bench enables energy efficiency parameter detection and records relevant values. Each station displays and records in real-time the water supply pressure, outlet water temperature, voltage, current, power, inlet water, pure water, wastewater flow, as well as inlet water and pure water conductivity values of the test samples. It utilizes PLC computer human-machine interface control, allowing automatic recording and saving of test parameters.

II. Technical Parameters:

Test Stations: 10 upper and 10 lower (inside the cabinet, with cabinet doors); 10 stations each divided into upper and lower levels;

1>  Test Water Supply: Water stored in tanks; uses stainless steel centrifugal pumps for constant pressure water supply (for 8 stations), with an additional 2 stations connected to the water purifier performance test bench supply (constant temperature and pressure);

Both the upper and lower cabinets have independent water supply interfaces equipped with independent manual ball valves. The upper and lower water supplies are connected in parallel to one water supply line, with each station's water supply line equipped with an electromagnetic water supply valve.

2>  Test Drainage: The water purifier drainage outlet uses a funnel-type water collection device to prevent water splashing. Under-sink water purifiers are directed via hoses to the upper faucet and then discharged through the funnel-type water collection device. Each station is equipped with a faucet mounting bracket, and the water collection device can be adjusted forward and backward.
