Main Features of the Equipment:

The Battery High Altitude (Low Pressure) Simulation Test Chamber is designed according to the requirements of test standards. The battery high altitude simulation test machine can quickly achieve the low-pressure storage state of samples, automatically control the test cycle, monitor the air pressure changes inside the chamber throughout the process, and achieve automatic termination of the test. The entire equipment consists of three parts: the chamber body, the inner tank, and the vacuum pumping system. The chamber body is made of high-quality thin steel plates with a surface spray coating. The inner tank is made of stainless steel plates, with a rectangular inner cavity shape. The door is equipped with a double-layer laminated glass observation window for easy viewing of items inside, and uses long cylindrical door latches to adjust the gap between the door and the glass, ensuring that the door compresses the rubber sealing ring tightly after closing to prevent air leakage during evacuation. The vacuum pumping system consists of a vacuum pump, vacuum gauge, electromagnetic vacuum valve, and balancing port. This product uses a vacuum gauge design for automatic and precise control of vacuum levels. The vacuum gauge's functions can be set to control the vacuum level, using a zonal control method. Safety protection devices include leakage protection switches and fuses.
