The FEMTO DLPVA-101-F-S/D provides sensitive voltage amplifiers for more precise measurement of small voltage signals. They replace the corresponding DLPVA-100 models. Their noise is significantly reduced, in some cases by even an order of magnitude, while the functional range and operation remain unchanged.

III. Usage Instructions

The DLPVA-101-F amplifier is designed for high-impedance sources up to 100 MΩ.

Higher source resistance can lead to a significant increase in input offset voltage and may trigger an overload condition. For details, refer to the "Overload LED" section.

The source resistance (R) combined with the amplifier's input capacitance (C) of 18 pF forms a low-pass filter. Therefore, source resistances above 80 kΩ will limit the transmission bandwidth.

Coaxial cables between the source and the amplifier increase the input capacitance of the amplifier (typically 1 pF/cm). Thus, long input cables should be avoided. The upper cutoff frequency (fc) of the input signal can be estimated using fc = 1/(2πRC).

When using the DLPVA-101-F-D with differential inputs, ensure that the common-mode voltage (relative to the amplifier chassis) does not exceed the permissible range of ±8 V. Floating sources (e.g., induction coils) that are not connected to the amplifier ground may also trigger an overload condition.
