They can be divided into various types, such as Robot Body Power Cables, Robot Body Encoder Cables, and Robot Base-Control Cabinet Interconnection Cables. These are primarily used in dynamic drag chain systems, such as machine tools, robot system integration, and industrial automation equipment. They are subjected to long-term reciprocating motion in drag chains or moving mechanical parts and are also used in the cable packages of articulated robots and for power transmission in gantry-type robots.

Flex-Twist Wiring Sheathed Cables: Refers to cables mainly used for the robot arm body when the robot arm moves, providing power or transmitting signals to the robot arm.

Drag Chain Wiring Sheathed Cables: Refers to cables primarily used in drag chain tracks for long-term drag chain motion, supplying power or signals to equipment.

Rated Voltage: Used for equipment cables with a system rated voltage not exceeding AC600V. Rated voltage is the reference voltage for cable structural design and electrical performance testing, denoted as U0/U, with units in V. U is the RMS voltage between any two conductors in a multi-core or single-core cable system. When used in AC systems, the cable's rated voltage should be at least equal to the rated voltage of the cable system used. This condition applies to both U0 and U values.

Insulation Material: Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC): Offers good electrical insulation and wear resistance, suitable for low-frequency applications.

Polypropylene (PP): Maintains stability at high temperatures, suitable for chemically corrosive environments.

Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE): Performs excellently under frequent cyclic loads, providing more possibilities for modern industrial applications. Choosing the appropriate insulation material for different working environments helps enhance the cable's operational lifespan under extreme conditions.

Sheath Material: PUR (Polyurethane) material demonstrates outstanding comprehensive performance. PUR sheathing offers oil resistance, wear resistance, flame retardancy, and UV resistance, effectively adapting to harsh industrial environments.
