Counter-Flow Exhaust Gas Scrubber
Principle and Structure: The equipment includes the main body, packing layer, mist elimination layer, circulating water spray pipeline, and circulating water tank.
Scrubber Main Body
The scrubber main body includes the exhaust gas inlet, outlet, inspection window, maintenance access hole, and internal structures for support and fixation to ensure corrosion resistance and extend service life.
Packing Layer
Made of PP/PVC material, it features a large specific surface area, low pressure loss, and high mass transfer efficiency.
Mist Elimination Layer
A high-speed mist eliminator plate is used as the mist eliminator, made of PP/PVC, with a moisture removal efficiency of up to 99%.
Circulating Water Spray Pipeline
The pipeline is made of PP/PVC and is primarily used to deliver circulating water to the spray system. The nozzles used in the spray system are of the BETE FULL CONE type, which are resistant to clogging, have a wide spray angle, and ensure uniform droplet distribution, thereby improving the scrubber's treatment efficiency.
Circulating Water Tank
The circulating water tank is integrated with the scrubber main body. The tank has a capacity of 2-3 minutes of circulating water volume and is equipped with a float-type level controller. It also includes reserved ports for scrubber water inlet, overflow outlet, and discharge outlet.
