3. Manufacturing Process: The base layer uses 3003H24 high-strength aluminum-manganese alloy substrate after cleaning and passivation treatment. The product requires one-time composite molding of the front and back aluminum base layers, core layer, decorative film layer, and adhesive layer on a continuous hot-press composite production line. Pressure-sensitive adhesive cold bonding process is not accepted.
4. Installation Method: Adjust the vertical square tube spacing to be ≤1200mm, horizontal square steel tube spacing between 600~800mm. T-shaped aluminum alloy elastic wall panel-specific serrated keel X140, L-shaped aluminum alloy elastic wall panel-specific serrated keel X149, fixed surface decorative laminated metal composite panel.
