Material Preparation
Choose the appropriate liquid silicone rubber: For handmade soap molds, it is recommended to use addition-cure liquid silicone rubber (heat-resistant, odorless, good elasticity, suitable for contact with soap base). Avoid condensation-cure types (may release odors and affect the soap).

Tools: Electronic scale (accuracy 0.1g), mixing cup (plastic or glass), stirring rod (silicone or plastic, avoid metal contamination), disposable gloves.
Weighing and Mixing
Weigh Components A and B according to the instructions (common ratios are 10:1 or 5:1; strict adherence to weight ratio is required, as deviation may cause incomplete curing or abnormal hardness).

Pour Component A into the mixing cup, then add Component B. Stir clockwise along the cup wall with a stirring rod (avoid vigorous stirring to prevent bubbles). Stir for 3-5 minutes to ensure complete mixing (ensure thorough mixing at the cup wall and bottom, with no white unmixed traces).

Bubble Removal
The mixed silicone rubber may contain bubbles and requires debubbling:
Natural debubbling: Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, allowing small bubbles to rise and burst on their own (suitable for silicone rubber with good fluidity).

Vacuum debubbling: If a vacuum machine is available, place the mixed silicone into the vacuum machine and evacuate to -0.1MPa until bubbles are completely expelled (about 1-2 minutes). Avoid prolonged vacuuming to prevent overflow of the silicone rubber.
