Making anti-static pad printing pads
Pad mold preparation: Use aluminum or resin molds (shape selected as needed, such as round, square, etc.), the mold must be clean and free of oil stains.
Coating with paste: Slowly pour the deaerated paste into the mold, ensuring even coverage of the bottom and avoiding bubbles.
For multi-layer pads (e.g., soft-hard composite pads), pour pastes of different hardness in stages (first the bottom hard layer, then the top soft layer after curing).
Curing and molding: Room temperature curing: Usually takes 8-24 hours (specific time depends on the paste type and ambient temperature; higher temperatures speed up curing).
Heat curing: Can shorten the time (e.g., baking at 60°C for 2-4 hours), follow product instructions.
Demolding and trimming: Carefully remove the pad after curing, trim edge burrs with a blade to ensure a smooth surface and regular shape.

Photosensitive coating: Evenly coat the cleaned steel plate with photosensitive emulsion, dry, then expose (transfer the pattern to the plate via film).
Development and etching: After exposure, develop with water to reveal the pattern, then etch the intaglio pattern with etching solution (or use laser engraving for plate making).
