Function and Installation Method of Anti-Spill Skirtboard

The anti-spill skirtboard is a critical component in mining operations, primarily used to enhance the sealing between the conveyor belt and the discharge chute or buffer bed. The polyurethane rubber anti-spill skirtboard features a double-seal structural design, with an inner baffle and an outer skirt, creating a stable static dust cavity between the two layers. The installation process of the double-seal anti-spill skirtboard is straightforward, primarily fixed using accessories such as angle aluminum and clamps.

1. The angle aluminum is manufactured using a one-time molding process, offering good material quality, an aesthetically pleasing appearance, and resistance to rust. It is securely locked into the clamp via a cylindrical column structure, ensuring stable installation.

2. The clamp base is welded to the outer side of the discharge chute's sidewall, with the slide channel extending into the base. This allows the clamp to move appropriately left and right along the base, facilitating adjustment of the anti-spill skirtboard's position.

3. By manually rotating the tightening handle, the clamping force of the angle aluminum can be easily adjusted to ensure the anti-spill skirtboard remains in a stable position. The tightening handle is designed to be secure and resistant to loosening or detachment.

4. The clamp undergoes a hot-dip galvanizing process, providing lightweight corrosion resistance. It is not only aesthetically pleasing but also maintains a rust-free condition over the long term.
