The Meihuan Cleaning Box is an integrated cleaning and dust suppression equipment that combines washing, material removal, and drying functions. Our company designs products based on site conditions and comprehensive factors. The belt cleaning box involves the field of mechanical equipment. It includes the cleaning box body, top spray pipe, lifting lugs, top spray pipe adjustment bracket, pressure roller, bottom spray pipe, bottom spray pipe adjustment bracket, and cleaner.

The top of the cleaning box body is equipped with a top spray pipe, which is connected to the top spray pipe adjustment bracket. Lifting lugs are installed above the cleaning box body. The bottom of the cleaning box body is equipped with a bottom spray pipe, connected to the bottom spray pipe adjustment bracket. Inside the cleaning box body, a pressure roller and Meihuan rubber-plastic cleaner are installed. Below the cleaning box body, there is a recovery and drainage outlet.

The conveyor belt cleaning equipment cleaning box can effectively remove adhered materials on the belt, improve the cleaning effect, dry the belt to reduce chemical reactions and extend its lifespan, and recycle the debris cleaned from the belt back onto it for reuse. It features a rational design, excellent practicality, and ease of use.

I. Functions of the Cleaning Box:

1: Belt Stabilization System: The cleaning box features a unique belt stabilization system to ensure smooth entry and exit of the belt.

2: Spray System: The cleaning box first softens and cleans adhered materials on the conveyor belt, making it easier for the materials to proceed to the next process.

3: Cleaning System: After the materials are softened by the spray system, they are cleaned by a uniquely designed combination cleaner. It first removes stubborn materials and then fine particles from the belt, ensuring thorough removal of adhered substances. The cleaning and water-removal blades feature automatic compensation and feed functions.

4: Drying System: Since the cleaning box operates with water, residual moisture may remain on the belt. The drying system of our cleaning box effectively removes this residual moisture, achieving a cleanliness level of over 85%.

5: Drainage System: The cleaning box is equipped with a dedicated drainage system that allows cleaned materials to be discharged smoothly to the designated site without causing ground pollution.

6: Control System: The control box enables fully automated operation of the equipment and synchronizes with the on-site conveyor belt system.

II. Components of the Cleaning Box:

Cleaning box body, solenoid valve, filter, pressure pump, control box, connection flanges (installation flange, drainage flange), and wiring.

Note: The original water-removal cleaner was made of ordinary polyurethane material, with a service life of about 2 months, after which it lost its effectiveness. The current equipment uses a carbide material for the water-removal cleaner, which has a longer service life, a 12-month warranty, and does not damage the belt.
