The guide chute of the dust barrier curtain adopts a sliding plate design (without side rollers), ensuring the coal conveyor belt runs straight on both sides. A sliding sealing device is installed between the bottom of the guide chute and the moving belt, effectively preventing dust from escaping along the sides of the belt. Multi-level soft curtains with dust-blocking functions are installed at the outlet and within the guide chute, containing splashed dust and isolating it with polyurethane dust barrier curtains, thereby achieving full enclosure of the guide chute. The dust barrier curtain exhibits excellent weather resistance, meaning it has long-term resistance to extreme cold, heat, dryness, and humidity. It offers outstanding corrosion resistance against rain, snow, and water erosion, significantly extending the service life of the sealing strip. It also demonstrates strong resistance to thermal aging.
