Therefore, both analog and digital audio measurements are applied. The R&S UPV Audio Analyzer is designed to support both analog and digital audio testing simultaneously.

2) The UPV Audio Analyzer enables users to perform almost all audio measurements: frequency response measurement, total harmonic distortion display, spectrum display, digital interface analysis, etc. The generator is versatile, capable of producing any sine wave and noise.  The R&S UPV Audio Analyzer is a multifunctional all-in-one instrument with an integrated computer that simplifies operation. When the instrument arrives at the factory, it only needs to be unpacked and turned on to be ready for use. No external devices are required as all necessary equipment is included. Optional modules and software expansions can be integrated into the instrument, opening up broad possibilities for future applications.  The R&S UPV Audio Analyzer features a state-of-the-art design and an intuitive user interface (XP operating system). The large screen plays a key role, not only displaying measurement results. All settings are made via the panel, which includes all relevant functions and configurations. Since all operations are easy to understand and analog and digital measurements are similar, users can quickly master the instrument's operation.  The instrument features expandable graphical windows, allowing graphs to be moved as needed for a clear overview of all measurement results. Measurement results from one or two channels can be displayed in real time, with the number of channels expandable up to 16. Numerous measurement functions/graphs can be displayed simultaneously. For example, time-domain and frequency-domain analyses can be shown together. With graphs, results can be read using vertical and horizontal cursors. Additionally, limit lines and stored measurement results can be overlaid or compared.
