EE360 Oil Moisture Transmitter


The EE360 is a transmitter specifically developed for the reliable monitoring of trace moisture in lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, insulating oil, and diesel. It not only accurately measures the water activity (aw) and temperature (T) of the oil but also calculates the absolute water content (ppm) value in the oil.


Measurement Performance

The EE360 transmitter is equipped with a humidity sensing element featuring E+E's high-end thin-film measurement technology, ensuring excellent measurement accuracy.


Electrical Connection

This series of products can withstand temperatures up to 180°C and pressures up to 20 bar; when used with ISO or NPT slip joints, the probe can be immersed to different depths in the oil for measurement. The use of a ball valve installation device allows for installation or removal of the product without interrupting equipment operation.


Housing Material

The EE360 housing is made of polycarbonate or stainless steel, with a protection rating of IP65/NEMA4, facilitating on-site installation and maintenance. Additionally, its housing can accommodate a 100-240V AC power supply module or various functional expansion modules.


Output Type

The measured values of the EE360 can be output via two analog signals, or through RS485 (Modbus RTU) digital interface, Ethernet-PoE interface, and alarm (relay mode) output. The TFT color LCD display can show up to four measurement parameters simultaneously, and other functions can be set and modified directly on it. The transmitter's logging function can store up to 20,000 measured values, which can be read directly on the display or downloaded via the USB interface.


Configuration and Adjustment

Users can configure and adjust the transmitter via buttons on the display or by connecting to the free product configuration software EE-PCS through the USB interface.
