Precision-Recording Multifunction Calibrator
The CALYS 1200 is a recording field multifunction calibrator within the CALYS range. It is the perfect tool for advanced process maintenance across all industries and for use on test benches.
It is suitable for all field and laboratory measurements, capable of simultaneously measuring, generating, and recording various temperature, pressure, resistance, process, and frequency signals across two isolated channels in one instrument.
The CALYS 1200 Multifunction Calibrator offers extended features (temperature simulation, scaling, steps, synthesizer, statistical functions, user-programmable configurations, etc.), making advanced data utilization and full data traceability easier, with quick access to functions via menus.


This instrument simultaneously measures and simulates:
- Temperature: up to 0.010% RDG
- Resistance: up to 0.010% RDG, 4 kΩ range
- Current: up to 0.012% RDG, 50 mA range + 24 V loop power supply
- Voltage: up to 0.010% RDG, 50 V range
- Frequency: up to 0.005% RDG, 20 kHz range (10 kHz when simulating)
- Pressure: with external pressure modules (comparative calibration with pressure pumps)


Calibration Procedures and DATACAL Software:
With this user-friendly instrument, calibration tasks can be quickly performed throughout the entire process chain. Carry the recording process calibrator into the field throughout the week and store up to 10 calibration procedures in the device.
After connecting the probe to the instrument, run the procedure and save the results for easy and quick on-site calibration. Back in the office, you can then upload the data to a computer to issue customized calibration certificates using the dedicated calibration software DATACAL.

The CALYS 1200 allows the selection of the number of digits after the decimal point: this feature can be justified based on the user's need to display or not the best resolution for calibration, or conversely, to limit it for simple verification.

The CALYS 1200 dual display permanently shows measured values, as well as simulated values, meters, and functions in use.

At the top, the date, time, and external temperature are also displayed.

During measurement averaging, the maximum, minimum, and number of measurements are shown on the left. For simulation, this part of the screen displays all details of ramp, step, and constant value output functions.

The drop-down menu is used with the navigator and provides online help to facilitate easier connection of probes and wires.
