Omni-Polar Micro-Power Hall Switch AR1230
AR1230 is a low-power Hall switch sensor specifically designed for space-constrained systems and battery-sensitive applications. The chip offers multiple magnetic threshold options, switching frequencies, and package types to accommodate a variety of uses.
When the applied S-pole or N-pole magnetic flux density exceeds the operating point (BOP), the chip outputs a low level and maintains it until the magnetic flux density drops below the release point (BRP), at which point the output returns to a high level. The chip incorporates a temperature compensation circuit and clock logic circuitry to ensure stable operating points and switching frequencies. It provides omnipolar magnetic response with extremely low current consumption.
AR1230 operates within a supply voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V and is available in standard SOT-23-3L and TO-92S packages.
