Properties and uses

• The chelating powder is a white powdery solid, which is easily soluble in water and does not absorb moisture. It is convenient for transportation and suitable for long-distance transportation, thus saving freight costs. This product can form complexes with various metal ions such as iron, copper, and zinc, and can dissolve the oxides on the metal surface. It still exhibits good performance at 250℃.
• This chelating agent is especially suitable for use as a cleaning agent in the electronics industry and as an additive for daily chemical products. It has good alkali resistance. In industries such as textile printing and dyeing, it is used as a metal ion chelating agent and a stabilizer for hydrogen peroxide.
• The calcium chelating capacity is ≥ 500mg/g; the iron chelating capacity is ≥ 1000mg/g.

Usage

• The chelating powder can be used as a metal ion chelating agent and oxygen bleaching stabilizer in the textile printing and dyeing industry, a complexing agent for cyanide-free electroplating, and a water softener for circulating water and boiler water.
• When using it, it can be dissolved and diluted with water, and it can also be used in combination with other additives. The specific dosage should be adjusted according to the usage conditions.

Package and Storage

25kg inner liner polyethylene (PE) bag, outer plastic woven bag,, or confirmed by clients.

Storage for ten months in room shady and dry place.

Safety Protection

Weak alkaline, Avoid contact with eye and skin, once contacted, flush with water.
