AG-960 Corrosion and scale inhibitor for boiler (alkaline liquid)

This product is made up of organic phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid and alkaline synergist. It has high corrosion and scale inhibition performance, its temperature resistance is particularly good, the agent is alkaline, its pH value and The PH value of the boiler water is comparable. It can be effectively applied to the water treatment in the furnace of low-pressure boilers. Boilers include water heating, steam, locomotive boilers, etc. It can also be used for corrosion and scale prevention of seawater desalination, distillation and automobile water tanks.

Usage

1. Add 200g of agent per ton of water to the boiler to supplement the water. Pay attention to the sewage during use. It is required to drain the sewage once every hour for 5 to 10 seconds each time. If the boiler runs with scale, the dosage of the agent can be increased , Draining frequently, the furnace should be stopped after 10 to 20 days of operation, and the scale that has fallen off should be cleaned manually to prevent the dirt from clogging the pipeline and then transferred to normal operation;

2. Conditional measurable concentration of furnace water can be controlled at about 10 times, and other parameters can be adjusted according to relevant regulations of the labor department (such as furnace water pH10~12, etc.);

3. The dosing water tank should be made of plastic products, and the pool of cement material should be treated with anti-corrosion, otherwise it will be easily eroded by the chemicals, which will increase the hardness of the water;

4. The total hardness of the boiler supplementary water should be controlled within 200mg/L. If the hardness is too high, the lime method or other methods can be used to reduce the hardness, otherwise the scale inhibition effect of the agent will be affected.

AG-960 liquid: Normally In 25kg net Plastic Drum, IBC drum can also be used as required.

Storage for 12 months in room shady and dry place.
