EN 1707 Drinking water scale inhibitors

Properties

Exlen EN1707 drinking water antiscalant is a special chemical treatment agent for drinking water. It is made of food-grade raw materials and has obtained the national water hygiene license. It complies with the requirements of the "Sanitary Safety Evaluation Standard for Chemical Treatment Agents for Drinking Water":

▲ Application industries: water plants, purified water plants, food plants, pharmaceutical plants, wineries, beverage plants, and farms;

▲ Effectively control inorganic scaling in a wide concentration range, and the LSI allowable value is ≤3.0 without adding acid;

▲ Food grade antiscalant EN1707 can be used for reverse osmosis membrane, nanofiltration membrane and ultrafiltration membrane;

▲Good solubility and stability;

▲ The pH value of the water supply is effective within the range of 5-10.

Dosage Instructions

Calculate a suitable dosage concentration based on the water quality analysis report and system conditions. The general dosage concentration of drinking water scale inhibitor is 2-6ppm. The dosage shall not be ≥10ppm and it should be diluted 10 times with desalted water.

Usage

▲ Add the agent before the safety filter;
▲ Calibrate the actual output of the metering pump;
▲ Stir the solution thoroughly for 15-20 minutes when preparing it;
▲ Clean the dosing box regularly to prevent bacterial growth

Packaging and storage

Packaged in plastic barrels, 25kg or 20kg / barrel;customers' requirement.

EN1707 phosphate food grade antiscalant has stable physical and chemical properties and can be stored in a cool place for 2 years.

Safety protection

During operation, avoid contact with eye and skin, once contacted, flush with water.
