The inner and outer molds of the flow channel mold are connected using steel bolts. The entire mold undergoes multiple processes such as cutting, bending, welding, and polishing, resulting in panels that are sufficiently hard, smooth, and wear-resistant. As long as operational specifications are followed during use, these molds can often enhance the production efficiency of the entire project and have a long service life.
The production process of flow channel molds is relatively simple. For simpler molds, the production cycle is three to four days, while for more complex molds, it may also take three to four days.
