Therefore, in the processing of cement slag retaining board molds, besides using injection-molded plastic molds, welding work for steel molds can also be carried out. Among the processing methods for slag retaining block molds, the L-shaped slag retaining blocks are the main type, with their primary specifications not exceeding 500mm. The number of uses per mold varies depending on the material: steel molds can be used over 500 times, while plastic molds are typically around 100 times. Most slag retaining board molds come in conventional sizes, such as 490*200*250mm and 500*200*300mm. These two sizes are currently widely used for precast slag retaining blocks in high-speed railways and are also among the plastic molds produced in large quantities by mold manufacturers.
