The environmental conditions at different construction sites vary greatly, and many construction sites generally have harsh natural conditions. Only by using steel can the molds maintain good sturdiness. Steel molds are also relatively easy to maintain. When the molds are not in use, simply keeping them away from humid air prevents oxidation for extended periods.
Production process of retaining wall molds: First, the mold must be designed. Sometimes, mold drawings cannot accurately provide the required data, so the factory needs to design based on the intended use. Second, steel selection is made according to needs and cut to appropriate sizes. Next is the connection of the templates, which is sometimes fixed with screws and other times requires direct welding. Then, reinforcement of the mold is carried out, typically adding rib plates or reinforcement plates at key or stress-bearing parts to enhance the mold's strength. Surface treatment of the mold is also necessary: imperfections must be polished, and the mold must be sprayed with rust inhibitor to ensure its durability.
