Concrete Conveying Pipeline Spectacle Plate Repair High Hardness Wear-Resistant Welding Electrode

This welding electrode offers excellent welding process performance, with beautiful formation and minimal spatter. The surfacing layer metal is a high-chromium alloy, which can be air-cooled or water-cooled after welding. The metallographic structure of the surfacing metal consists of martensite and alloy carbides. Due to the extremely high hardness of the carbides, it exhibits excellent resistance to abrasive wear. Fine cracks may appear during surfacing, which are the result of stress release and do not affect normal use under low-impact working conditions.

Application: Used for surfacing workpieces subjected to intense abrasive wear under slight impact, such as repairing and surfacing material chutes.
