Working Principle

Positioned a few millimeters from the material, the fine copper strands concentrate the electrostatic field until the air ionizes. Ionized air is conductive and exchanges ions with the material to neutralize the charge.
Contact between the wire and the material helps conduct the charge to ground, enhancing static elimination performance. It is recommended to allow the wire to contact the material wherever possible.
