The GP-2000D LED Industrial Radiographic Film Viewer is suitable for observing industrial radiographic films.

II. Product Features

1. The GP-2000D adopts a fully digital control method. Compared to mechanically controlled film viewers, it offers more reliable operation, more stable performance, and a longer service life. Dimming is more flexible, convenient, and precise—just a few light presses are needed to adjust to the desired brightness.

2. The GP-2000D uses a temperature acquisition system to provide real-time protection for the light source. By pressing and holding the "Store" key for more than 2 seconds, the digital display on the panel will show the internal temperature. When the shell temperature of frequently touched parts reaches 60°C, the viewer automatically reduces the brightness to the minimum, and the digital display flashes "H H." Once the temperature returns to normal, it automatically restores the original brightness, and the display returns to the original brightness indicator.

3. Utilizing white light source technology combined with high-power, high-brightness LED cold light sources, the viewing screen achieves a maximum brightness of 193,000 cd/m2 (600,000 Lux) and a uniformity of over 0.9.

4. The viewing screen is made of high-quality acrylic board, offering excellent light transmission and diffuse scattering properties, and is resistant to deformation and discoloration.

5. The viewer employs PWM low-voltage digital electronic continuous dimming technology, allowing users to adjust brightness within a range of 5% to 100% based on their viewing habits and needs.

6. A constant current drive method specifically designed for the film viewer ensures the normal operation of the LEDs, extending their service life. The foot switch control further enhances user safety.

7. Paired with a specially designed heat dissipation system, it effectively controls the internal temperature of the viewer and increases continuous operation time.

8. The viewer is equipped with a movable magnifying glass for easy defect identification. When not in use, the magnifier can be conveniently folded and placed above the viewer without obstructing the view during film evaluation.
