In particular, the fluidization plate made from 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate with a thickness of approximately 3 mm features carefully designed elongated slits on its surface. These slits are arranged in a cross-shaped layout and are perpendicular to the central cross line. The slit gap is precisely controlled at 0.5 mm, with a length of about 20 mm, and the spacing between slits is set at 10 mm. The lower edge of the slits is chamfered at 1×45°, a design that allows compressed air to act more concentratedly on the central part of the fluidization blowing device, significantly enhancing the suspension fluidization effect of pulverized coal. This ensures smooth flow of pulverized coal on the fluidization blowing device, further improving the stability of pulverized coal blowing and significantly optimizing the overall working efficiency of the fluidization blowing device.
      This device is not only suitable for new blowing systems but can also be easily integrated into the renovation and upgrading of existing blowing systems, becoming a vital component of powder blowing and conveying systems.
