Product Introduction

The vibratory cup mill is suitable for rapid, non-destructive mixing and fine grinding of samples, primarily used for sample preparation in spectral analysis. It is used for grinding medium-hard, hard, brittle, and fibrous materials. With grinding sets made of various materials, it meets different experimental requirements and is suitable for the rapid and fine preparation of various samples.

Operating Principle

The sample is placed into the grinding set, which is then mounted on the grinding vibration base of the instrument. Driven by a vibration motor, it performs an eccentric circular motion. The material is compressed, collided, rubbed, and sheared within the grinding set, quickly ground to the fineness required by the user. Meanwhile, the sample is uniformly mixed without any loss.
