ST-1542 Petroleum and Synthetic Fluid Demulsibility Tester

Product Introduction:

     The ST-1542 Petroleum and Synthetic Fluid Demulsibility Tester is developed based on GB/T7305-2003 "Test Method for Water Separation Characteristics of Petroleum Oils and Synthetic Fluids", GB/T 7605-2008 "Test Method for Demulsibility Characteristics of Steam Turbine Oils in Service", and ASTM D1401. The testing principle involves stirring 40ml of sample and 40ml of distilled water at a constant temperature for 5 minutes to form an emulsion, then measuring the time required for the emulsion to separate (i.e., when the emulsion layer volume is no more than 3ml). If the emulsion does not fully separate or the emulsion layer does not reduce to 3ml or less after standing for 30 minutes, the volumes of the oil layer, water layer, and emulsion layer are recorded. It is suitable for determining the ability of petroleum products to separate from water and is widely used in power, petroleum, chemical, commercial inspection, universities, and research institutions.
