The five-layer sintered mesh is divided into five parts: the protective layer, the filtration layer, the dispersion layer, the skeleton layer, and another skeleton layer. It is a widely used standard-structured sintered mesh, made by stacking five layers of stainless steel woven mesh in different configurations. Through processes such as sintering, pressing, and rolling, it is vacuum-sintered at over a thousand degrees to achieve diffusion solidification. This process is similar to welding five layers of mesh together without damaging their structure, resulting in high overall rigidity. It is easy to cut, bend, stamp, weld, and process. The sintered mesh filtration structure is surface filtration, typically with liquid entering from the fine side, making it easy to clean. It is particularly suitable for high-pressure backwashing and is easy to shape, process, and weld. It can be conveniently manufactured into various forms of filtration elements, such as round, cylindrical, conical, and corrugated shapes.

This filtration material features stable filtration efficiency, high strength, easy backwashing, long service life, and high cost-effectiveness. It is an ideal filtration material for applications requiring high compressive strength and uniform filtration particle size.
