Its overall performance is significantly superior to other types of filtering materials such as sintered metal powder, ceramics, fibers, filter cloth, and filter paper.

Introduction

The five-layer sintered mesh is a widely used standard structure, typically consisting of five layers: the protective layer, filtration control layer, dispersion layer, support skeleton layer, and skeleton layer.

This filtering material combines uniformly stable filtration accuracy with extremely high mechanical strength and pressure resistance. It is an ideal filtering material for applications requiring high compressive strength and uniform filtration granularity.
