Overview:
The ZF series vacuum pump station (also known as vacuum generating unit, vacuum negative pressure station, etc.) is a complete system that uses one or two water ring vacuum pumps as vacuum acquisition devices and a vacuum tank as a vacuum storage device. For applications where vacuum sources are frequently used but the required pumping capacity is not large, this system significantly saves energy compared to directly using vacuum pumps and effectively extends the service life of the vacuum pumps.
This equipment can provide vacuum sources for medical gas central stations in various large and medium-sized domestic hospitals. It is widely used in vacuum stations in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, filling systems in the light industry, negative pressure molding of rubber and plastic engineering parts in the automotive industry, impregnation of flame-retardant conveyor belts in the coal mining industry, and vacuum sources in the foundry industry (V-method, VRH, V-EPC), among others.

Working Principle:
1. Two Vacuum Pumps
　　 First, set the upper and lower limits of the vacuum system (e.g., the upper limit is set to -0.08MPa, and the lower limit is set to -0.06MPa). After starting the system, one vacuum pump begins operating until the vacuum level in the tank reaches the upper limit of -0.08MPa. At this point, the vacuum pump automatically stops, and the vacuum in the tank is automatically sealed by a vacuum check valve. If, due to operational demands, the vacuum level in the tank drops below the lower limit of -0.06MPa, the other vacuum pump automatically starts and runs until the vacuum level in the tank reaches the upper limit of -0.08MPa. This cycle repeats automatically to ensure the vacuum level in the tank remains between the upper and lower limits. If a larger gas volume is required and the vacuum level in the tank remains below the lower limit for a certain period, and a single vacuum pump cannot restore the vacuum level above the lower limit, the other vacuum pump will automatically start until the upper limit is exceeded.
The two vacuum pumps can also be switched to manual start and stop mode.

2. One Vacuum Pump
　　 First, set the upper and lower limits of the vacuum system (e.g., the upper limit is set to -0.08MPa, and the lower limit is set to -0.06MPa). After starting the system, the vacuum pump runs until the upper limit is reached and then automatically stops. If the system vacuum level drops below the lower limit, the vacuum pump automatically starts again. The vacuum pump can also be manually started and stopped.

Performance Features:
After the initial startup, the entire operation process of this device can achieve full automation. During operation, the vacuum levels at various points in the system fluctuate within the allowable range, and the fluctuation range can be adjusted according to user requirements. If the vacuum level falls below the set value, an alarm will sound to warn the user.
This device
automatically controls the system without manual operation and can automatically seal the vacuum system during power outages.
The device is equipped with a gas-water separator, which helps save water resources and reduce environmental pollution.
The vacuum tank of this device can be designed as a horizontal or vertical structure based on site requirements, offering more flexible installation options.
