Performance Structural Features:
The SZ-4JB is a medium-sized water ring pump developed by our factory in response to market demand, following the SZ series of medium-sized vacuum pumps. It combines the energy-saving, reliable, and user-friendly advantages of the 2BE series pumps, making it an ideal replacement product.
This product can be widely used across various industries to extract gases that do not contain solid particles and are insoluble in water, thereby creating vacuum and pressure in sealed containers.
The SZ-4JB incorporates the structural benefits of the 2BE series water ring pumps, featuring a heat-mounted impeller, reliable shaft diameter, shaft protection, flexible exhaust, and a through-type bearing seat structure. It also offers two sealing structures: packing seal and mechanical seal, with the option of internal or external water supply for seal cooling.
Upon user request, an overhead-type air-water separator can be provided. After adjustment, it can function as either a vacuum pump or a compressor without changing the installation dimensions.
