The WLW type oil-free (corrosion-resistant) vertical reciprocating vacuum pump is an upgraded product of the W type horizontal vacuum pump and is the primary equipment for obtaining rough vacuum. Due to the adoption of a fully sealed device, complete isolation between the crankshaft and cylinder is achieved; combined with the use of self-lubricating materials for the piston rings, advanced oil-free lubrication is realized. Since there is no sewage discharge, this type of vacuum pump is particularly suitable for processes such as vacuum distillation, vacuum evaporation, vacuum drying, vacuum concentration, and vacuum impregnation in industries like chemical, pharmaceutical, and food.
