The North Heavy Assembly Base Platform enables flat plate splicing from 3000mm to 6000mm. The assembly base platform is crafted through manual scraping or grinding.
Assembly base platforms are widely used in machining, tool and workshop applications, machine (inspection) repair workshops, large equipment bases, metrology rooms, and precision machining inspections, measurements, and grinding. They can accurately measure and inspect the flatness, straightness, and angular tolerance of workpieces. The assembly base plate allows for flat plate splicing from 3000mm to 6000mm, and the product is manufactured through manual scraping or grinding.
Material of the assembly base platform: High-strength cast iron HT200-300, with a working surface hardness of HB170-240
The product undergoes two manual treatments (manual annealing at 600°C-700°C and natural aging for 2-3 years), ensuring stable precision and excellent wear resistance.
Cast iron base platform accuracy: Complies with the national standard metrological verification regulations, divided into four grades: 0, 1, 2, and 3.
Assembly base platform inspection methods: 1. The working surface of the assembly base platform should be free from rust, scratches, impact marks, and other appearance defects that affect usability. 2. The working surface of the assembly plate should not have casting defects such as sand holes, air holes, cracks, slag inclusions, or shrinkage porosity. All casting surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned of molding sand, with a flat surface and firmly applied paint; all sharp edges should be rounded. 3. On the relative sides of the T-slot in the plate, there should be provisions for installing handles or lifting points, threaded holes, or cylindrical holes. When designing lifting points, minimize deformation caused by lifting. 4. Assembly cast iron base platforms and plates should undergo stabilization treatment and demagnetization. 5. The perpendicular tolerance between the working surface and the sides, as well as between adjacent sides, is Grade 12 (as specified in GB1184-80 "Geometrical Tolerancing").
