Maintenance plate accuracy: Adheres to the national standard metrological verification regulations, categorized into four grades: 0, 1, 2, and 3. Cast iron maintenance platforms should be manufactured from high-quality, fine-grained gray cast iron or alloy cast iron, with a work surface hardness of 170-220 HB.
Surface quality inspection of maintenance plates: Conducted using the coloring method. For Grade 0 and Grade 1 plates, there should be no fewer than 25 points within a 25 mm square area per side; for Grade 2, no fewer than 20 points; and for Grade 3, no fewer than 12 points. The work surface of maintenance plates is typically finished using a scraping process. For Grade 3 plates processed by scraping, the maximum allowable surface roughness Ra value is 5 μm. Maintenance platform specifications (length * width): 200*200 mm to 3000*6000 mm.
