Classification: Scribing platforms, also known as flat plates, are divided into cast iron platforms and granite flat plates by material. By use, they are classified into inspection platforms, scribing platforms, measurement platforms, assembly platforms, grinding platforms, welding platforms, riveting platforms, base platforms, work platforms, and three-coordinate platforms.
Material: The material is high-strength cast iron HT200-250, with a surface hardness of HB160-210. After two treatments (artificial annealing at 600°C–700°C and natural aging for 2–3 years), the product achieves stable precision and good wear resistance.
Precision: Implemented according to the national standard metrological verification regulations, divided into four grades: 0, 1, 2, and 3. Surface quality of the flat plate/platform: Specifications: 200*200---4000*9000mm (special specifications can be manufactured according to the buyer's drawings or agreed upon by both parties for production and processing). Inspection standard: Inspected using the coloring method. For grade 0 and grade 1 flat plates/platforms, there should be no fewer than 25 points within a 25mm square area per side. For grade 2 flat plates/platforms, there should be no fewer than 20 points within a 25mm square area per side.
