The Hebei Beizhong Gearbox Test Bench is a testing device used to evaluate the overall performance indicators of gearboxes. This device measures various performance parameters of gearboxes, including: input torque, speed, and power; output torque, speed, and power; efficiency; temperature rise; vibration; noise; and more. The test bench can meet the performance testing requirements of various types of gearboxes, providing accurate parameter indicators for the production, maintenance, and field application of speed reducers.
Composition of the Gearbox Test Bench:
The gearbox test bench mainly consists of a drive motor, input speed and torque sensor, gearbox under test, output speed and torque sensor, controllable simulated load device, test iron base plate, tooling, computer measurement and control system, frequency conversion electrical cabinet, and other components.
The test bench base plate is a general term for test platforms such as motor test bench base plates, engine test bench base plates, dynamometer test bench base plates, reducer test bench base plates, gearbox test bench base plates, transmission test bench base plates, wind power test bench base plates, coal mining machine test bench base plates, transmission system test bench base plates, and powertrain test bench base plates.
Cast iron test bench base plates and T-slot test bench base plates are fundamental components of test benches used in laboratories for vibration, loading, fatigue, and torsion testing of motors, engines, reducers, and gearboxes. They are essential parts of vibration test benches, torsion test benches, loading test benches, and fatigue test benches. The quality of the test bench base plate primarily depends on whether the iron base plate meets standards.
Test bench base plates, large test bench base plates, and combined spliced test bench base plates are customized according to requirements. Generally, the maximum single-piece specification does not exceed 4 meters × 9 meters, with a single-piece weight under 80 tons.
Test bench base plates, cast iron base plates, and iron floor plates are made of HT200-300 high-quality gray cast iron, with a working surface hardness of HB170-240. The test bench base plates and cast iron test platforms feature T-slots on the surface for securing the equipment and parts under test.
Artificial annealing of test bench base plates: Annealing and aging treatment are performed in a tempering kiln at high temperatures of 600-700 degrees Celsius. Natural aging of test bench base plates: According to national standards, natural aging should take 2-3 years. However, due to the lengthy process, cast iron platform manufacturers, affected by capital turnover, cannot wait that long and often use vibratory stress relief with shakers as a substitute. Although the effectiveness of this process is not yet fully established, it is widely used in practice. Beizhong test bench base plates and bases are processed by CNC gantry milling machines, ensuring good precision and accurate positioning. Proper use of test bench base plates and cast iron test floors: After debugging, the cast iron base plate can be used. The room temperature should be controlled at 20±5°C. When inspecting workpieces on the tabletop, handle them gently and avoid concentrating usage in one area. Instead, use the entire cast iron platform evenly for optimal performance.
