The workbench is made in panel or box-style designs, with work surfaces available in rectangular, square, or circular shapes. The platform material is HT200-300, QT400-600, or ZG15-45.
The work surface is finished using a scraping process and can be machined with V-grooves, T-slots, U-slots, dovetail grooves, round holes, elongated holes, and more.
Base workbench adjustment method: 1. Place the platform flat on the ground, adjust the stability of the four corners by feel, and fine-tune the adjustable feet until stable. 2. Place the platform on a support frame and adjust the support point positions to be as close to center symmetry as possible. 3. Initially adjust each support foot to ensure even force distribution. 4. Use a level measuring instrument (spirit level or electronic level) to check the levelness of the platform, fine-tune the relevant support points until it meets the level position. 5. After initial adjustment is qualified, let it sit for 12 hours, then recheck. If it does not meet the standard, readjust; if qualified, it can be used. 6. After use, perform periodic inspection and maintenance based on the actual environmental conditions. The operating environment temperature is 20°C ±5°C.
