Cangzhou Beizhong Cast Iron Round Platform is made of high-quality, high-strength gray cast iron HT200-300, QT450, or ZG45, with a working surface hardness of HB170-240. The cast iron round platform undergoes two artificial annealing processes at 600°C–700°C or natural aging for 2–3 years, completely eliminating internal stress, ensuring stable accuracy and excellent wear resistance.
Surface treatment of the cast iron round platform: The working surface is scraped and inspected using the color coating method, guaranteeing flatness accuracy of Grade 1, Grade 2, or Grade 3.
Rough casting inspection of the cast iron round plate primarily checks whether the appearance and specifications meet technical requirements and whether there are internal defects in the blank. Machining inspection mainly examines the plate for sand holes, blowholes, sand inclusions, shrinkage cavities, and machining errors. Finished product inspection focuses on verifying whether the flatness, appearance, and specifications of the round platform meet usage requirements. Large cast iron round platforms can also be used in spliced configurations.
