Manufactured according to the JB/T7974-99 standard, the product is constructed in ribbed plate or box-style designs. The working surface is finished using a scraping process and can be machined with V-slots, T-slots, U-slots, round holes, and elongated holes.
Material requirements for the machine tool table: The material is high-strength cast iron HT200-300, with a working surface hardness of HB170-240. After two artificial treatments (artificial annealing at 600°C-700°C and natural aging for 2-3 years), the product ensures stable precision and excellent wear resistance.
Specifications of the machine tool table: Sizes range from 300mm*300mm to 3000mm*6000mm (custom sizes available according to user requirements for precision), used for heightening or as auxiliary work tables.
Precision of the machine tool table: Complies with national standard metrological verification regulations, categorized into four grades: 0, 1, 2, and 3.
