The KCB copper wheel gear pump is primarily used in lubrication systems of various mechanical equipment to transport lubricating oil. It is suitable for conveying oils with a viscosity range of 5×10?? to 1.5×10?3 m2/s (5-1500 cSt) and temperatures below 300°C. It is mainly used to transport flammable, explosive, and corrosive media such as gasoline, diesel, benzene, alcohol, pesticides, etc.

　　 In fuel systems, it can serve as a fuel pump for transfer, pressurization, and injection;

　　 In all industrial fields, it can be used as a lubricating oil pump.

Structural Features
　 The KCB gear pump mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump body, safety valve, and shaft end seals. The gears are heat-treated to achieve high hardness and strength and operate within replaceable shaft sleeves along with the shaft. All parts inside the pump are lubricated automatically by the output medium during operation.

　　 The pump is equipped with rationally designed oil relief and return grooves, minimizing the torque force on the gears during operation. This results in low bearing load, minimal wear, and high pump efficiency.

　　 The pump includes a safety valve as an overload protection device. The full return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the pump’s rated discharge pressure. It can also be adjusted within the allowable discharge pressure range based on actual needs. However, note that this safety valve cannot function as a pressure-reducing valve for long-term operation. If required, an additional pressure-reducing valve can be installed in the pipeline.

　　 When viewed from the shaft extension end, the pump rotates clockwise.
