By treating the construction of an R&D system as a key move for technological innovation, the group has established a full-chain innovation ecosystem covering project management, technological R&D, and成果轉化, fully activating the innovation code for high-quality development. Through optimizing PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) process technology, major科技攻關 demonstrations, and enhancing科研項目管理 capabilities, barriers are broken down, and communication efficiency between R&D departments is improved; continuously improving sub-processes such as CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) analysis, ergonomic analysis, industrial design, and testing verification, establishing an expert team for R&D domain reviews to participate in pre-project evaluations, ensuring the quality of the R&D process, and striving to enhance both the software and hardware levels of technological innovation. This has improved testing and verification capabilities, engineering analysis capabilities, and intelligent manufacturing capabilities, reducing the new product development cycle by one-third. In 2024, 203 new models surged into the market like a spring, with the output value of new products exceeding 70%. It is well understood that key core technologies cannot be begged for or bought. Faced with the long-standing challenge of being "卡脖子" in ultra-low temperature cold storage models, the R&D team tackled the issue and ultimately developed a cold storage專用叉車 that withstands temperatures as low as -55°C, breaking the monopoly of foreign brands.
Dedicated to the intelligent upgrade of the industry, the globally released full series of intelligent industrial vehicles based on autonomous driving forms has resulted in intelligent logistics series products comprising 8 major categories, 22 varieties, and over 100 models. The "i-Series Autonomous High-Lift Reach Forklift" was recognized as a provincial首臺套 major equipment. The self-developed V1.1 intelligent control system and 7 types of intelligent components have injected an "autonomous core" into logistics equipment, effectively enhancing competitiveness and水平 in the intelligent logistics track for industrial vehicles. In the "Joint Innovation · Tiangang Laboratory" built in collaboration with Huawei, industrial vehicles are being infused with an AI soul... Strong innovation capabilities allow the group to ride the waves in the fierce industry competition. In the first half of this year, the group's intelligent logistics business saw contract values and operating revenue increase by over 69% and 59% year-on-year, respectively. 
The deeply integrated industry-university-research ecosystem continues to release innovation dividends: deepening intelligent logistics cooperation with Huawei, co-building a big data laboratory with China Telecom, carrying out 64 cooperative projects in 2024, and constructing innovation alliances and intelligent logistics industrial parks. Since 2023, this has attracted 45 high-level talents to join, achieving cluster breakthroughs in core areas such as intelligent control and high-end transmission. To date, the group holds over 4,200 valid patents, including 563 inventions and 11 PCT patents, and has consistently ranked among the province's top 100 inventors for many years.
From Forklift Manufacturing to
Smart Logistics Provider
Technological breakthroughs are quickly transformed into market competitiveness. In the first half of 2025, forklift sales exceeded 210,000 units, with overseas operating revenue surpassing 4.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of approximately 27.5%, and export earnings reaching about 530 million USD, a year-on-year increase of over 10%, maintaining market share in over 30 countries and regions. Both operating revenue and sales volume reached historical highs for a half-year period. 
In the green track, the group is also accelerating: presiding over and participating in the formulation and release of two group standards, "Technical Specifications for Hydrogen Fuel Cell Power Systems for Industrial Vehicles" and "Technical Requirements for Proton Exchange Membrane Water Electrolysis Hydrogen Production Systems," and achieving示范應用 of hydrogen fuel industrial vehicles. Hydrogen fuel cell counterbalance forklifts and the G2 series lithium battery專用 vehicles were recognized as provincial green and low-carbon product equipment. With the deepening of the "internal combustion to electric, lead-acid to lithium" strategy, the proportion of new energy products reached 65% in 2024, an increase of 8 percentage points year-on-year, making green transformation a new engine for growth.
