       ND6028 SF6 Density Relay Calibrator is an intelligent fully automatic SF6 density relay calibrator. This instrument adopts single-cycle instruction microcomputer technology, with an operating speed 10 times that of ordinary microcontrollers. It can perform on-site calibration of pointer-type contact output and intelligent current output SF6 density relays. It uses interrupt mode to capture the operation of the density relay in real-time, making the measurement more accurate and timely. This instrument is a portable calibration device that can perform standard conversion of SF6 gas pressure at any ambient temperature. It can also calibrate SF6 density gauges and pressure gauges.

☆、The relay calibrator uses a hybrid analog-digital single-cycle high-speed microcontroller as its core, offering rich resources, powerful functionality, and strong data processing capabilities. Since it integrates A/D, D/A, reference voltage, and analog amplification within the microcontroller, the peripheral circuits are simple, with good stability and high accuracy.

☆、The instrument can perform fully automatic calibration of both pointer-type and electronic density relays.

☆、The initial state of the density relay's 1 to 3 sets of contacts can be any form (normally open or normally closed). It can simultaneously measure the response and recovery values of 1 to 3 sets of contacts, allowing the instrument to adapt to all new and old types of density relays for fully automatic calibration.

☆、The instrument features a 320*240 large-screen color LCD display with a Chinese interface, making it simple and convenient to use;it also offers both touchscreen buttons and membrane buttons, providing users with more convenient and comfortable operation.

☆、During measurement, the instrument simultaneously displays the current pressure, the pressure at 20°C, and the ambient temperature, solving the challenge of on-site calibration for SF6 density relays.

☆、The testing process is fully automatic, avoiding errors caused by human factors.
