       ND6021 Fully Automatic Closed Cup Flash Point Tester is mainly used for the determination of closed cup flash point values of petroleum products. The instrument adopts ARM microprocessor technology, a 7-inch color touch screen, and a Chinese menu, making human-computer interaction more convenient. It features power-off storage, automatic ignition, display, result locking and printing, and automatic cooling. The instrument offers accurate measurement, good repeatability, stable and reliable performance, and simple operation.

       It is widely used in power, petroleum, chemical, commodity inspection, scientific research, and other departments, complying with ASTM D93 and GB/T 261-2008 standard method requirements.

Product Features

1. The display uses an original imported 7.0-inch true-color TFT-LCD screen; the keyboard uses a human-sensing touch screen. The full Chinese operation interface is delicate, intuitive, and elegant, with convenient control and smooth touch operation.
2. Historical data storage uses NVM data memory, which can store 20,000 historical data points. Data can be preserved for 10 years without loss, and stored data cannot be altered.
3. The printer uses a miniature embedded thermal printer, offering quieter, faster, and clearer printing.
4. Temperature measurement and control use an original imported PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensor, high-precision AD converter, excellent linearization mathematical model, and unique control algorithm, making temperature measurement and control faster, more accurate, and stable.
5. Ignition uses direct electronic flame ignition, identical to gas flame ignition, ensuring safety, convenience, speed, reliability, and no interference.
6. Flash detection uses high-frequency ion ring flame detection technology, enabling rapid and accurate capture of instantaneous sample flash, avoiding false and missed detection.
7. Atmospheric pressure measurement uses a fully digital structure atmospheric pressure sensor imported from Germany, providing real-time measurement of local atmospheric pressure and automatic correction of the impact of atmospheric pressure changes on measurement data.
8. Automatically completes heating, detection, calculation, printing, and other operations.
9. The instrument heats according to the temperature rise curve specified in ASTM D93 and GB/T 261-2008 methods, automatically ignites when the temperature approaches the flash point value, locks and displays the print result when a flash occurs, and automatically cools the heater.
